The Sleep Company was scaling rapidly, especially during high-traffic sales periods like Diwali and Republic Day. The existing website and backend systems needed to handle massive spikes in traffic, support seamless online-offline operations, and enable marketing teams to launch campaigns without technical bottlenecks.

  • Enabled record-breaking sales — ₹493 Cr during Diwali and ₹100 Cr during Republic Day week

  • Built a Cash & Carry system for offline stores, improving OMS efficiency and boosting daily sales by 10%

  • Introduced real-time bulk inventory sync between warehouses, third-party services, and Shopify

  • Developed a full-stack Lucky Draw module, empowering marketing teams to run live campaigns post-sale without dependencies
