Simplilearn’s Program Page is their most revenue-generating template. However, they were experiencing a drastic decline in traffic-to-lead conversion ratio, which directly impacted their revenue. The existing design wasn’t effectively engaging users or guiding them through the decision-making journey.
Our Approach
We set out to redesign the template with a research-driven, user-centric strategy. To start, we conducted foundational research to align with business goals, uncover user behaviors, and analyze performance metrics. Through user interviews, we identified key pain points, motivations, and decision-making patterns of prospective learners. A competitive analysis further revealed opportunities and gaps compared to leading competitors.
These insights shaped a design direction focused on clarity, usability, and conversion. By streamlining the content hierarchy and refining call-to-actions, we aimed to create an experience that felt intuitive and engaging from the first click.
The Solution
The new design delivered a clearer value proposition with a refined hero section that instantly addressed user intent. We restructured information flow into digestible blocks — covering program details, benefits, outcomes, and testimonials — to guide learners seamlessly through the page.
Visually, the template adopted a modern, trust-building design with improved readability and strategic use of visual hierarchy. Finally, we strengthened conversion opportunities by integrating well-placed CTAs, simplified lead forms, and interactive elements that encouraged users to take action.
